Question #2 - Does it have clear and easy navigation?
Each link in these menus should be linked to it's corresponding page, and the menus should remain consistent throughout the site.
If you are linking to an outside page, make sure you have that page open in a new window or tab so the user isn't forced to leave your site.
Each page should have a corresponding page title somewhere toward the top of the page and/or a distinct change in its menu button so users know which page they are currently visiting.
